The Second STACY Symposium was held in September 2023 at the CNRS Orléans campus in France hosted by ICARE -CNRS Orléans. Project partners and members of the Industrial Advisory Board provided lectures. There were many opportunities to network with members of projects also in the field of LH2 safety. The Symposium included a Young Generation Seminar with the participation of students involved in the project and other related fields.

A laboratory tour of the ICARE project partner facilities also took place. The tour included viewing the facilities used to determine the combustion parameters of Hydrogen at low temperatures, specifically the flammability domain, the laminar flame speed, and the expansion ratio.
